On the home page of Sabre Consulting, we have written, "If you've retired or separated from Government or Military service, Sabre Consulting would like to put your specialized skills to work." Why do we specifically point out those who have been in military or government service? For several reasons, including: Security Security is an extremely important issue when dealing with the federal government, especially in the area of government contracts. What this means for us, and for you, is that each addition to our company must have a security clearance for maximum efficiency. In other words, without one, there are certain areas we can't put you to work. This is one reason for needing those from government or military service. If you've been in the service or worked for the government in any capacity, you already have a security clearance. Sabre Consulting knows that not all security clearances are the same, but then, not all that we do requires a high security clearance. Knowledge of government/military functions While there are some differences between working directly for the government and working as a government contractor, those fresh from government or military service have a better chance of understanding the ins and outs of contracted government service. For instance, we're currently looking for people experienced in logistic support. Who better than those that have learned about logistics from the front line? Does this mean we won't hire you? If your background doesn't include government or military service, you're still in luck! People who specialize in the areas of administration, engineering, software development, program management, quality assurance and many others may also have a security clearance or are able to get one. Our contracts range from no/low clearance to high clearance. Click here to see what we look for. The larger our talent pool, the better chance of more government contracts. Don't feel left out due to lack of military or government training. Contact Sabre Consulting and see where you fit in the world of government contracting! |
